1. •I’ve been awarded by the city for excellence in the conversion of turn-of-the-century Victorians to offices in downtown Colorado Springs.
   

2. •Co-developed a community of four-plexes that built out and sold out in 18 months in the Northeast part of the city.
   

3. •Brokered real estate transactions both residential and commercial ranging from multi-family apartments (16 to 53 units), to large industrial properties and raw land for residential development. 
   

4. •Completed restaurant leases and long-term (10 yr.), Class “A” Office leases from downtown to East Academy.
   

5. •And, I’ve created investment in various franchise businesses and facilitated the transfer of ownership in them.
   

I am a licensed real estate-broker in Oregon, Oklahoma and of course Colorado and I work with one of the most forward thinking brokerage companies in the country, Prudential Professional REALTORS.

I was educated at Oklahoma State University with a BS in Journalism and Marketing and recently I’ve lived in Great Britain and hold a Masters of Arts from Cardiff University in Wales.

My wife Debbie and I have been married 38 years and have a son in Portland, Oregon.  We have two grandchildren.
